5 Reasons why you won’t like being a Data Scientist
Yes! I said it! I know that anyone who is in the data space might have thought of becoming Data Scientist or is right now looking up a job for this same job description. I don't have any hard feelings towards this designation, it's awesome! You get to learn and earn a lot at the same time.
But, frankly speaking, everyone is unique and not everyone is made for the data scientist role. So in this story, I am going to pen down some of my thoughts and ideas on why you might not want to become a data scientist!
But before I answer that question, we should be very clear on the tasks that are performed by data scientists. I have already discussed and compared the data scientist role with data analyst in my previous post, but I would still have a recap in this post as well
What does a data scientist do?
Data Scientists design data modeling processes along with the creation of algorithms and predictive models to extract the data for business requirements.
They also analyze the data and share insights with peers.The general process for gathering and analyzing data generally follows :
